• put foam all around the pool the foam will act as the slope, and also make it easier to walk on.
• put some sort of coating over the foam to make it so it has a sealant over it.
• the sealer will keep the water from soaking into the foam.
• with the sealant on the foam the water should drain into the drain much easier.

Carl sandburg highschool has a pool and we waste tons of water on it every year.  when people jump in and splash water out of the pool some goes on the tile around the pool and evaporates. doing this we lose water all the time, and filling it is a hassle. we should put a slope on the tile so the water can fall into the drains and get reused instead of having a flat floor. it doesn't have to be a serious slope it only has to be angled enough to get the water to move.
